Requesting folks to share their experiences with me.
Is there any benifit for a H1-B contractor in doing a part-time MBA in General Management ? I am working in I.T software field with 5 years of experience.
I am sure some of the folks may have done this or atleast given it a though.
Any information or your opinion will be highly appreciated.

If my current Eb3 labor and its associated I-140 is cleared can I accept the promotion and refile under Eb2 retaining my priority date.

My attorney received a letter saying "Intent to Deny" reason being not having Mats in graduation.
But the fact is I have Maths and I did 4 Math courses in graduation and provisional clearly shows maths1, Maths2, maths3, maths4.
Letter says Vallabhu has done Courses in Sanskrit,English, Physics and Geology but nothing in Maths.
and This how each year of transcripts look like

I don't know how can he miss Maths from this.
Does any one else heard/faced a similar issue in the past.
What does your attorney say? Respond asap with copies of your transcripts highlighting the maths related courses...

I cannot get the approved 140 notice from the employer, so trying to see if I can get it from somewhere else.

I'm from Bangladesh and EB3. As you know the I485 was current in July and i applied along with my EAD and AP. but this month in visa bulletin i found that the date went back to 2002.
My question is: are they going to consider my application current or i stuck in the backlog. my understanding is that the visa bulletin reflects the availibility to send the application....they received my application on July 2nd, 2007.

your application will be accepted and processed (since you applied when your date was current), but it cant be approved until you are current again. So you can keep getting/renewing EADs/APs, security and background checks will happen etc, but no final approval until EB3-ROW becomes current for your PD.

Hi All
I have a query, Maybe some of the experts here can help me out.
1. I came to the US in 2003 on a L-1 via company A.(I have the original petition)
2. I switched to H-1 via company B in 2005 .(I have the copy of I-797A)
3. In 2006 I switched to company C. (I have the original for I-797A)
All this while I was here(U.S) only . I am going for a vacation (much needed :-) to India next month. I need to get a VISA stamped to come back.
Question 1. - The I-94 I have stapled in my passport is when I entered US. There have been 2 I-94's after that (from I-797A from company B and company C) ... Which one of those I need to submit when I go to India ? If its from A,B and C ...Does it have to be from the original since I don't have the original I-797A from company B ?)
Question 2. - As far as docs required for VISA stamping interview are concerned I have read various websites and posts and most of them say that I need the original I-797A only for the current (company C) H-1 petition.The copies of I-797A from the old employers will suffice too. Is that correct ?

I have my I 140 approved and No I 485 has been filled yet. My brother became US citizen so I would like to file for I 130.
As there is no guarantee in Employment based immigration journey ( layoff , denial etc.. ) I strongly prefer to have I 130 filled. Is there any risk of filling both ?
