Shouldn't craigslist have some checks for this kind of thing. Especially when they are charging for these ads. Youtube has automatic checks to see if someone is posting any offensive and or pirated media for even the free content.
Can we take it up with craigslist so they monitor this kind of postings.

I'll be graduating from med school next year. Per student counsel/student affair office, my seniors are qualified med professionals and are eligible for eb2 category.
Does immi law allow a person to file H-1B when he/she is a derivative 485 applicant / AOS pending status?
Just trying to explore the possibilities to apply 485 under EB2 category and my current status is 485 EB3 AOS, primary applicant is my spouse. I would really appreciate the valuable suggestions and thoughts.

You should be able to file H1B directly without becoming a student first. Since you already have an EAD (I assume that you have one since you are AOS), you don't even need to file a H1. However, it is your choice to file H1 or not. You do not need to be on a H1 to file for Labor, I-140, etc. You can do that while on AOS.

We don't really work that hard to make that money, If you worked during your undergraduate years in slaughter houses like McDonalds and Pizza hut, you would know what the value of money today, most of them are paid by their parents,
Most of the desis are creative but lazy at work (esp. people in my company), so they work long hours, Can not read complicated text, especially from Insurance companies
and some of them are look backwards as lawsuits are taboo, terrible balance between work and life, procrastination, and finally, not understanding of how to make use of simple, dummy proof American legal system to solve tiny and simple problems like insurance payments and rejections.

Thanks. Can anyone please help me in understanding how long does it take to get EAD aprroval from the starting point for EB1,EB2 and EB3 category. I am interested only in EAD approval at this point.

EB2 - 3-2 years
EB3 - 10 - 20 years....
You cannot use the experience gained with your current employer...so you are coming under EB3 and its a long & treacherous journey for you. Take part in advocacy day on Apr 4 & 5 th in DC.

I've been using 3dsmax for a year or so...
I mostly do only images like that.
Making characters and animating them is my weak side (I can't do high-quality or smooth things because my computer stops responding (3dsmax is just a little too much for my compu))

Hi all,
This year I got my H1B approved with start date Oct 1st 2007 through a consultancy. I had also applied for GC in July (as derivative) and got my EAD October last week.
The consultancy hasn't placed me on project so far (it's been more than a month) , and I am concerned , if this period of "no pay" will affect my GC process in anyway.:(
The consultancy wants me to get an SSN now, because a couple of their clients want to know the SSN number before considering for projects.
Would getting an ssn number based on the H1B effect me in anyway later on.....in case it takes longer for the consultancy to assign me a project?:confused:
In the mean time I have been looking for jobs in my area , and if I find one before the consultancy assigns a project, I have decided to go ahead and use my EAD card.. and get SSN based on EAD.

you can use your EAD to obtain SSN. using EAD for SSN purpose will not invalidate your H1-B status.

Really speaking I care more for the dates to get current so I can add my wife to my GC application and get her an EAD and AP. After that I won't mind if I have to wait for some more time before I get the actual GC in hand

No price is too much to deport criminals. As for the regular illegals, there may be a better solution to be debated.
The criminals should be put in the prison at country of origin. Well we have to pay the police anyway. With criminals there is no option of not spending.
1 way plane ticket - a maximum of $500-1000.
Put them in a police bus/army truck = 50-100 per head

Does anyone know what time it may take for FP notices to arrive for guys whose cases were Xfered to CSC?
BTW, does that make any difference if the 485 case has been transferred from another center to TSC? majority of guys who've got the FP notice are straight filters at TSC.
